Payments & Contract Terms

All construction projects are governed by signed contracts outlining scope, phases, timelines, and fees.
Under California law, contractors are limited in upfront payment amounts—initial deposits cannot exceed 10% of total contract price or $1,000, whichever is less.

• We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, goodwill, or data resulting from use of our services or third-party errors.

Permits & Compliance

• You are responsible for applying for and obtaining all necessary permits in collaboration with us. While we guide the process, final compliance relies on local jurisdiction decisions.
• Be aware: California mandates permit approval timeliness (usually within 60 days), and delays by city planning departments can occur.

• If you opt to terminate services before project completion, review the cancellation policy outlined in your contract.
• For owner-builder permit filings, note you assume full responsibility for code compliance—even if contractors perform the work
