We begin with a free phone consultation to discuss your goals. If it's a good fit, we move to a Feasibility Study. This involves a site visit, a thorough analysis of zoning laws and setbacks, and a preliminary budget discussion to ensure your project is viable.


Design & Pricing (2-3 Weeks)
Our design team gets to work, developing floor plans and 3D renderings. You'll have multiple revision rounds to perfect the layout and select materials. Once the design is finalized, we provide a detailed, fixed-price construction proposal.


Permitting (3-5 Months)
This is where our expertise shines. We finalize all architectural and engineering plans and submit the package to your local building department. We manage all communication, respond to comments, and work diligently to secure your building permit.


Construction (4-6 Months)
The build begins! From pouring the foundation and framing the walls to installing plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes, your dedicated Project Manager will keep you updated every step of the way with weekly progress reports and photos.


Final Walkthrough & Handoff
We conduct a final, detailed inspection with you to ensure every detail meets our quality standards and your expectations. We'll hand you the keys, your final paperwork, and a guide to your new ADU's features. Congratulations!
